Quality Review
For damaged or defective items, please provide high-resolution photos so our design team can verify the structural or electrical integrity of the sign.
Secure Packaging
Once approved, place the LED sign back in its original protective foam and shipping box to prevent any further damage during transit.
Receive Refund or Replacement
After we receive and inspect your return, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method or ship out a brand new replacement sign.
